3. Payments

Payments must be made according to the agreed schedule. Late payments may cause suspension or delay of services. All fees for completed work remain payable, even in the event of termination.

4. Intellectual Property

All source code, designs, and deliverables remain the property of GenuineTech until full payment is received. Upon payment, ownership of deliverables will transfer to the client unless otherwise agreed.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all business and technical information shared during the project.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in question.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with prior written notice. Work completed up to the date of termination will be invoiced and payable.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the local courts.
